If you have any questions or wish to discuss Special Events (retirements, celebrations, etc.), contact the Nutrition Department at x3081. Larger events should be discussed over the phone to ensure proper execution of your event. The Catering department can assist with dietary restrictions, linens, china, floral arrangements and rental items. Events that need to be scheduled outside of normal business hours should be confirmed by calling the nutrition department.
Events will be billed to the internal cost center number which must be provided before the next event commences. Please call the Nutrition Department at x3081 to discuss other payment options.
Rooms should be booked and confirmed before placing a catering order. Please note: Failure to notify the nutrition department of any location changes can result in unfulfilled or misplaced orders at the expense of the cost center identified.
Events that are cancelled less than two business days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee or full payment for food, beverages or rentals.
Any event that is booked after 3:00 pm will be subjected to an additional $47.50 per staffing hour that the event dictates. This fee will be placed in the Service Charge portion of the contract.
Catering hours are Monday through Friday
6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Events scheduled after these hours are subjected to addition fees previously mentioned.
